i am filipina, chinese and spanish. i attend the university of calgary where i am taking business and science. i hope to be a singer or doctor one day (or maybe both...hmmm... anyone need a singing doctor???). if all else fails i will do something involved with business, or perhaps, fashion? i have a short attention span, get distracted easily and procrastinate (not the best combo in the world). hmmm... im also forgetful and a bit "blonde" at times. i have a bad habit of being late (which im trying to work on, by the way...) at times i may seem like a snob, but i'm just really shy. however, i will always try to include someone who feels left out, because i am a nice person. oh yeah, if i see you and i don't say hi, please don't take offense, i am also really blind and need to get new contact lenses sometime soon. ok...well anyways...enough about the bad stuff, lets get on to the "other stuff". i am a Libra born in the year of the Tiger so apparently i am indecisive (oops! another bad one) but a peacemaker.
hmmm... as i mentioned previously, i'm newly single, and just not ready for a relationship. i think i may have commitment issues. all i need is me, myself, and my top 10 favorite material things (see below). oh baby!
some more truths and useless info about me:
1> i actually don't mind having braces.
2> i would rather be the dumpee than be the dumper.
3> i like to read and do math, because i am really a total geek.
4> i'm pretty satisfied with my body, although i do wish i had bigger boobs. (c'mon God, just 2 more cup sizes please!!!)
5> i don't mind being short. really! it's true. ok, well, i would not object to growing a couple inches taller.
6> i cannot wear heels for longer than a few hours anymore. trust me, if any of u knew me a couple of years ago, u would never, ever see me without a pair of sky high shoes on. right, st. martha and lacombe girls?
7> i am always late (albeit fashionably late... but late nonetheless). hey, what can i say? i run on filipino time! note to self: must work on lateness.
8> i look younger now than i did before. when i was thirteen, i would pass for 18 or 19 easily. nowadays, i am legal, and get myself (and my friends) id'd everywhere without fail. oops! sorry bonnie!
9> i am much simpler these days than i was before. i wear less makeup, don't wear revealing clothes (well, once in a while to the bar or club does not count) and generally do not care and do not want to attract boys for the wrong reasons. ok, the real reason is, i'm too damn lazy to make the extra effort. ha! just kidding.
10> i am who i am, and never again will i compromise myself to conform to what others think i should be.

my interests are very diverse. i like many things from sbarro's spinach and broccoli stuffed pizza to la chaumiere's escargot en brioche. but dont get me wrong, i am not high maintenance at all (right huy???). i love shopping as much as i like skiing and skating. i like karaoke and dancing. as for fashion, i like almost anything, as long as it looks good on me. my top 10 favorite material things in random order are: 1> Burberry anything (especially Burberry Brit!) 2> Susanne Lang perfume in Anjou Pear 3> Tiffany & Co. heart bracelet 4> Seven's "Flynt" jeans in Carribean wash 5> Escargot (yeah, thats rite...snails!) 6> Cosmopolitan, Loulou magazine and the Shopaholic series by Sophie Kinsella 7> Nars blush in "Orgasm" (best blush in the world!!) 8> MAC Cosmetics ('nuff said) 9> TNA stuff (ok, my #1 guilty pleasure. sure, everyone has it... but who could resist those pretty colors in the sweat fleece?... and damn, do those supplex suits make anyone's ass look great!!!) 10> Frederic Fekkai Hair Mask (oh I don't know where my bottle blonde self would be without you!) now, before you get the wrong idea (i'm not totally materialistic), here are my top 11 (yes i said 11!!!) NON MATERIALISTIC things in the world: 1> God (ok, at times i may stray, but i think i really am a good Catholic girl at heart) 2> Family (they've been there for me forever) 3> Paul (i know i can be the biggest ***** in the world sometimes but for some weird reason you keep coming back for more, lol. how can u stand me?!?! 4> Friends (same thing... and even though we don't talk or hang out as much as we used to, it's nice to know we can always pick up right where we left off) 5> Edges Salon and Spa (Crowfoot Center) (i dont think i need to elaborate..) 6> Italian food (mmm Nono (Grandpa) Stambene's cooking (it's too bad carbs go straight to the thighs!) 7> Japanese food 8> Unhealthy food....ok, ok pretty much any food 9> ummm...Pictures....that doesnt count as material, does it? 10> Love...falling in love, being in love, being loved...it's the best feeling in the world. 11> omg, i cannot believe i forgot this one!!! one of my favorite pastimes in the world... KARAOKE!!!! any kind of karaoke!!! even different languages (to an extent) and yes... i sing country (yes, i said country) too!!! :D... i also like anyone that actually reads through my whole page!!!

oooh! i have found my new love...THE STROKES! i finally got sick and tired or rap and am moving on to different types of music. hmmm... my birthday's in a couple months (well ok, not for several months) so u know, if u needed a gift idea, i like the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Coldplay, Franz Ferdinand, Kaskade, the Killers...hehe jk.

i hardly dislike anything, but my top 5 would have to be: 1> Tomatoes (unless they're diced, squished in sauce or ketchup, or baked) 2> Spiders that are near me (if they are far away from me i dont mind) 3> Hangovers and getting too drunk (the reason why i don't drink often) 4> Sponge Bob (yes! i hate that stupid mofo!! aren't i an evil *****?!?!?! hahaha...) 5> ummm...i forgot. hmmm... does really bad karaoke count? oh well, when i remember i'll make sure to update right away.

most of all, i hate that feeling you get when the one you have feelings for doesn't have those same feelings for you.
