First off I can use proper grammer and have an intelligient conversation but if you've got a list of criteria that need to be met in order to talk with you then it's ok, move along. It's not because I'm intimidated by your requirements but because having a serious opinion of petty things is, in my opinion, kind of vain. I never place any judgement and I always have an ear, even if you have poor grammar =]
