VANCOUVER -- A young man was killed when he rolled under a moving train in New Westminster to escape capture, police said yesterday.
The man, who was described as being in his teens, was being chased on foot by two police officers after he and two male friends were caught damaging cars on the 800 block of Agnes Street around 3 a.m. yesterday.
