Tay, The Hoxton Fin refers to a style of haircut popular with young men in the achingly trendy Hoxton and Shoreditch districts of London during the period 2000 - 2004[1]. The style comprises two partings, one on either side, with the central portion of hair swept up in to a central crest, or "fin"; the back and sides remained cut short.
