Why does Canada burrow money from world banks and pay commercial interest rates? We have the power to borrow money from our own central bank, The Bank of Canada, owned by the people for the people and pay almost no interest.

Imagine if that money was put into social projects or given back to the people via tax breaks.

You may ask yourself why isn’t this on every front page of a news paper in the country but the sad fact of the matter is the same people who own the banks own and control the media.
