John and Michael are in a floating balloon above a canyon.
John turns to Michael and says "I think we're lost", so Michael leans over the canyon and shouts "CAN ANYONE HELP US? WE DON'T KNOW WHERE WE ARE!"
His shout echoes in the canyon and a few minutes later they hear "YOU'RE IN A FLOATING BALLOON ABOVE A CANYON!"
John laughs and yells "You must been a mathematician."
"How did you know?" asked the men below.
"Easy, your answer was completely accurate and utterly useless".

The man below laughs and replys, "You must be in management."

"I am," replies John, "but how did you know?"

"Well", says the man, "You don't know where you are or where you're
going and you expect me to be able to help. If I don't you end up in the same
position you were before we met, but now it's my fault."
