just to come back to me about something i said and say they started the "whole thing."

sorry to break it to you but there are prolly a whole buncha other people
who may have copied or 'started this' trend so maybe you should hunt them all down
and msg them saying " i think that's something me and my friends started. "
i hate un-necessary drama.
